Refund Policy

1. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)

Credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if the pack is completely unused — that is, none of the credits from the pack have been consumed.

• Unused packs: a full refund is available within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Partially or fully consumed packs: non-refundable. Credits are consumed instantly as AI usage, so once any credit from a pack has been used, the pack is no longer eligible for a refund.
• Free credits: credits granted for free (for example, daily free credits or promotional credits) have no cash value and are non-refundable.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to the Services and your remaining monthly credits until then.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
• Monthly grant credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Purchased (top-up) credits are not affected by cancellation and never expire.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@aigcmind.ai from the email address associated with your account, including:

• Your account email address
• The order or transaction ID from your Paddle receipt email
• A brief description of your request

We review every request and will respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.

4. EU and UK Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days, unless you expressly consent to immediate execution and acknowledge that you lose this right once execution begins.

Credits are delivered and can be consumed immediately after purchase. If you have consumed any credits from a pack, we consider execution to have begun. In any case, an unused pack is refundable within 14 days under Section 1 above, which meets or exceeds your statutory withdrawal rights.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us first before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. Refund requests handled directly through us are faster and free of charge for you. Refunded amounts resulting from chargebacks may be deducted from your remaining credit balance.

6. Abuse of Refunds

We may decline refund requests in cases of repeated or abusive use of our refund policy, including repeatedly purchasing and refunding packs while continuing to use the Services.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made after the posted "Last Updated" date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
